★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Peor servicio de la vida. No saben nada no te ayudan en nada en sus dos pinchurrientas sucursales. Que lastima que ya no esté el señor Barraez el único que servia ahí los demás son unos ineptos incompetentes.
The worst service of life. They don't know anything, they don't help you at all in their two piercing branches. Too bad that Mr. Barraez is no longer the only one who served there others are incompetent inept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena calidad de impresión, y buenos precios. Llega temprano para que te entregué el mismo día vinil, lona, etc. Pregunta que es lo que te pueden imprimir para entregar el mismo día.
Aproximadamente en 40 mins te lo entregan, lleva al 100%del tamaño a 100dps, y en CYMK.
La atención no es la mejor.
Good print quality and good prices. Come early so I can deliver vinyl, canvas, etc. to you the same day. Ask what they can print you to deliver the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son cumplidos, la entrega de los trabajos es oportuna, sin embargo la atención es muy mala, son despotas, parece q te hacen un favor o q no les estás pagando. Les sugiero una mejor actitud de servicio. Ya he mandado varios trabajos a este Lugar, pero definitivamente buscare otra opción.
They are accomplished, the delivery of the work is timely, however the attention is very bad, they are despots, it seems that they do you a favor or that you are not paying them. I suggest a better service attitude. I have already sent several works to this Place, but I will definitely look for another option.

Mandé a imprimir no cumplieron con el tiempo estipulado, ni siquiera lo habían mandado a imprimir cuando fui a la fecha que ellos me dijeron, les di otra oportunidad. Cuando me entregaron el trabajo lo habían hecho mal, cuando había especificado por correo y en persona como era el trabajo. Le hablé al encargado y subido de tono me respondió, obviamente no me iba a dejar y le expliqué que la culpa no fue mia si no de ellos, total me dijo que no era su responsabilidad el haberme dado las especificaciones de la impresión. Al final le dije que era super mal proveedor, que así no se atendía al cliente y me dijo NO TE TENGO MIEDO GRACIAS A DIOS TENGO A CLIENTES GRANDES.
HORRIBLE Attention
I sent to print they did not comply with the stipulated time, they had not even sent it to print when I went to the date they told me, I gave them another opportunity. When I was handed the job they had done wrong, when there were specified by mail and in person as it was work. I spoke to the manager and, in a tone, he replied, obviously he was not going to leave me and I explained that it was not my fault if not theirs, he told me that it was not his responsibility to have given me the printing specifications. In the end I told him that he was a super bad supplier, that he did not attend to the client and he told me I DON'T AFRAID YOU THANK GOD I HAVE BIG CUSTOMERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suelen tener buena calidad en la impresión, en lo personal nunca he tenido problema con los tiempos de entrega. Lo malo es que te atienden por teléfono muy gruñones y la última vez el transfer dejo pegamento sobre el recorte de vinil.
They tend to have good print quality, personally I have never had a problem with delivery times. The bad thing is that they answer you by phone very grumpy and the last time the transfer left glue on the vinyl cutout.

- Déspotas para atender (sobre todo un barbón)
- Han quedado mal en la entrega de algunos trabajos.
- Personal incompetente (no todos), que no sabe lo suficiente para resolver dudas o dar solución a algún detalle de los trabajos.
- Al pedir que hagan nuevamente un trabajo que por culpa de ellos se hizo mal, no te ayudan y se molestan.
- No revisan el material a entregar, han entregado mis trabajos a otra persona.
No los recomiendo. ?
