★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicios, pague un seguro para proteger mi envío, y no me lo quieren hacer válido, solo se escudan en que fue retenido por la aduana, denunciaré ante Profeco, si alguien gusta hacerlo, con gusto los asesoro, por lo pronto no confíen en esta empresa.
 Terrible services, pay insurance to protect my shipment, and they do not want to make it valid, they only hide behind the fact that it was detained by customs, I will report to Profeco, if someone likes to do it, I will gladly advise you, for now do not trust in this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detestable servicio. Invito a todas aquellas personas a que los que su paquete “se encuentra en revisión de aduana” a que presenten una queja formal en contra de Guadalupe, la dueña. Ya que por lo visto somos varias personas a las que les hacen lo mismo. Ya se encuentra en proceso ante profeco morelia.
Disgusting service. I invite all those people whose package "is under customs review" to file a formal complaint against Guadalupe, the owner. Since apparently we are several people to whom they do the same. It is already in process before profeco morelia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo q triste y que coraje q lucren con los sentimientos y el dinero de uno fui a esta paquetería y me dijeron q estaba en proceso en la aduana cuando las señoras q están atendiendo dijeron q de dos a tres días y hoy salen con semejante estupidez yo digo y en mi humilde opinión deberíamos juntarnos e ir a poner una denuncia ante las autoridades y Condusef
Terrible how sad and what courage that they profit from one's feelings and money I went to this parcel and they told me that it was in process at customs when the ladies who are attending said that two to three days and today they leave with such stupidity me I say and in my humble opinion we should get together and go file a complaint with the authorities and Condusef

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio mi paquete lleva retenido en la aduana por un mes y no me dan el número de rastreo para checarlo yo acá que solo ellos pueden rastrearlo porque son números internos cuando me paso una ves yo hable y me dieron el número de FedEx y pude hablar y soltaron mi paquete solo me mandaron un email y mande mi información y me llego en dos días y estás últimas veces ni me llega y ni me resuelven nada como podría reportar esta paquetería? Perdí mis productos y mi dinero de envío que fueron casi 300 dl
Ojalá y cierren esta paquetería ?
Y nunca contestan ?
Terrible service my package has been held in customs for a month and they don't give me the tracking number to check it here, only they can track it because they are internal numbers when I passed by once I spoke and they gave me the FedEx number and I was able to speak and they released my package they just sent me an email and I sent my information and it arrived in two days and these last few times it didn't arrive and they didn't solve anything for me how could I report this package? I lost my products and my shipping money which was almost 300 dl
Hopefully they close this package ?
And they never answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dieron por perdida una caja y cometí un segundo error, llegó hasta 10 días después cuando al contratar el servicio me dijeron que de 4 a 5, llegó aplastada la caja aún con sello de frágil y con un artículo roto a pesar de haber pagado el polipak y el embalaje. Tardan mucho en contestar en la agencia y en su número de WhatsApp solo dan largas, no lo utilicen... enfrente hay otro servicio o muchos más en Morelia.
Terrible service, they gave me a box as lost and I made a second mistake, it arrived until 10 days later when when hiring the service they told me that from 4 to 5, the box arrived crushed even with a fragile seal and with a broken item despite having paid for the polipak and the packaging. They take a long time to answer at the agency and their WhatsApp number is just long, don't use it... across the street there is another service or many more in Morelia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi envío ya lleva casi tres meses en la aduana y no me resuelven nada, no me dan el numero de rastreo y no contestan las llamadas. Alguien que me pudiera orientar a donde puedo acudir para poner una queja o darle seguimiento en la Profeco ya que por los comentarios no soy la única en la misma situación. Algo que se pueda hacer para ponerle un alto a esta empresa
Terrible service, my shipment has been in customs for almost three months and they do not solve anything for me, they do not give me the tracking number and they do not answer the calls. Someone who could guide me to where I can go to file a complaint or follow up on Profeco since, based on the comments, I am not the only one in the same situation.
