★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué triste que no se capacite a los gerentes antes de ponerlos al frente de una sucursal. La sucursal Jardines del Pedregal a penas está abriendo y era mi primera visita y le expliqué al gerente (que nunca tuvo la atención de presentarse, por eso no sé su nombre, es más, me enteré que era el gerente cuando, ante la falta de criterio de quien me atendía, le pedí a la cajera que llamara al gerente y resultó que era él!) como decía le expliqué que asistía buscando el beneficio del descuento de la venta nocturna que en otras sucursales se maneja desde las 9 de la mañana (a penas en la mañana había ejercido ese beneficio en la sucursal de tlalpan) me dijo que no es cierto que se maneje ese horario y de todos modos me pidió esperar una hora más para aplicar el descuento. Le dije que yo ya tendría que estar en reunión de trabajo para esa hora y ni así accedió a apoyarme. Bueno, ni siquiera preguntó que quería yo comprar, creo que un pésimo trato al cliente, dónde queda que lo más importante de un negocio es el cliente???? Por una hora!!! En fin, quedo sin ganas de regresar, en Tlalpan siempre me han atendido de maravilla!

As I said, I explained that I attended looking for the benefit of the discount of the night sale that in other branches is handled from 9 in the morning ( barely in the morning he had exercised that benefit in the tlalpan branch) he told me that it is not true that that schedule is handled and anyway he asked me to wait another hour to apply the discount. I told him that I would have to be in a work meeting by that time and he did not even agree to support me. Well, he did not even ask what I wanted to buy, I think a terrible customer treatment, where is it that the most important thing in a business is the customer ???? For an hour!!! Anyway, I don't want to go back, in Tlalpan they have always treated me wonderfully!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor tienda que he visitado empezando desde cómo están acomodadas las cosas, la forma como atienden. Los empleados traen una mal cara, y la persona que cobra además de que les pides sierra cantidad en gramos y te ponen de más para contarte más... Muy mal nunca más regresaré a esta tienda. No la recomiendo en lo más mínimo. La forma de atención es la peor mejor no comprar nada y hasta como atendieron a otros clientes. Fue de la misma manera, en lo que me hicieron esperar otros clientes también fueron maltratados de la misma manera.
