Here at least they answer your calls and try to communicate with the agents, but they never solve anything for you, they are totally incompetent.

Debido a la pandemia cancele mi viaje y tiene más de un año que no me hacen la devolución de mi reembolso y me dan fechas y nada, se la pasan diciendo que los pagos van atrasados siendo que me hicieron una carta de compromiso que incumplieron. Les he mandado mensajes, llamadas y solo me dan largas. No les recomiendo dejarse persuadir por los asesores de viajes si no están seguros de su viaje porque al parecer no hacen reembolsos, pero para cobrar si están bien puestos.
Bad experience.
Due to the pandemic, I canceled my trip and it has been more than a year that they have not returned my refund and they give me dates and nothing, they keep saying that the payments are late, since they made me a letter of commitment that they did not comply with. I have sent them messages, calls and they just give me long. I do not recommend being persuaded by travel consultants if you are not sure about your trip because apparently they do not make refunds, but to charge if they are well placed.
