★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pedí información para un viaje a Cancún, me contestaron de inmediato, pidiéndome mi número de WhatsApp, todo muy bien hasta ese punto, cuando di más detalles acerca de lo que necesitaba ( reserva de hotel, fechas, no excursiones etc...) simplemente me dejaron en visto y no obtuve ninguna respuesta, dejando una sensación de poca profesionalidad y poca seriedad. Actualmente vivo en Europa y la unica manera de contactar con mundo joven era vía internet, asi que al no obtener respuesta mi marido y yo buscamos otras opciones, pronto viajaremos a Querétaro y posteriormente a otros destinos, por medio de otra agencia, naturalmente.
I asked for information for a trip to Cancun, they answered me immediately, asking me for my WhatsApp number, all very well up to that point, when I gave more details about what I needed (hotel reservation, dates, no excursions etc ...) They just let me in sight and I didn't get any response, leaving a feeling of little professionalism and little seriousness. I currently live in Europe and the only way to contact the young world was via the Internet, so if my husband and I did not get an answer, we will soon travel to Querétaro and then to other destinations, naturally, through another agency.
