★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy atentos a la llegada, pero sinceramente si un animalito va muy mal pues te abruman con tanto rollo, no lleva uno la cabeza ni si quiera para entender porque llegamos con la preocupación de la mascota, la consulta te incluye la revisión pero los medicamentos es costo aparte y sinceramente si llega gente de condición humilde resulta demasiado costoso, se entiende que es un trabajo y que no se puede regalar el conocimiento y el servicio que te brindan, pero para muchas personas con sus animalitos esta fuera del alcance la atención, la verdad no me convenció tal vez el tener tacto para explicar las cosas está bien, pero es mejor ser claros y consisos para saber que decisiones tomar respecto a la salud del pacientito (gatito, perrito etc. ) a tratar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo menos en la sucursal de la nueva España el servicio me quedo a deber ,llevamos a una perrita en estado de emergencia ,porque la habían atropellado y tenía una herida que no se molestaron en suturar y no le hicieron radiografía para checar si había posible fractura solo nos dieron medicamento en inyección que claramente no sabíamos poner y la indicación de que limpiaramos su herida,nos dijeron que nos veríamos en 3 días para un chequeo que claramente estaba mal programado porque no abrían en sábado.
total que le marcamos a otro veterinario y el si suturó a la perrita y dijo que porque no se había echo ese procedimiento de inmediato si era algo que claramente era indispensable ,después nos dió medicamento adecuado y una cita para una radiografía .
La verdad uno confía en lo que un veterinario te dice porque no tenemos conocimiento ,pero que hagan este tipo de cosas no es correcto .
