 Terrible service more than 20 days to deliver and they never delivered me at home I had to go to the establishment and when I arrived I did not have the cuts that I asked for they made them at the horrible moment the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen material, buena atención en la tienda PERO, la manera en que tratan a su personal que hace las entregas es INHUMANO. Mandan a una sola persona a hacer las entregas. Algunos tableros/cubiertas son sumamente pesados, imposibles de ser cargados por una sola persona. Tuvimos que ayudar al chofer a cargar y salimos lastimadas por ello. KOBER: no son maneras de tratar a tu personal, ni a tus clientes. Además, el material me llegó maltratado.
Good material, good service in the store BUT, the way they treat their delivery staff is INHUMANE. They send only one person to make the deliveries. Some boards/decks are extremely heavy, impossible to be carried by one person. We had to help the driver to load and we got hurt because of it. KOBER: They are not ways to treat your staff, or your customers. In addition, the material arrived damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a great variety of products for the kitchen of your dreams. The showroom in the back of the store certainly gets your imagination going. The employees are young and eager to help you out. They’re not rude and don’t rush you like other workers at other stores do. We purchased some material for our kitchen countertop and island, great price for the quality of material we ordered to be delivered. Definitely recommend this place!!
Definitivamente está recomendado este lugar. Muy buen servicio y los precios son justos por la calidad de material.
