I just returned from 14 days at the center. The stay there for my mother and myself was life transformative. the practices that Were on a physical and also emotional level, gave us a new lease on life, showed us that there was much to live for and the vibes were high. We both rejuvenated our health and spirit greatly. There are some ups and downs for example one must be prepared for the hot water to end at 6 o’clock but thats all in the experience of the endeavor and ritual, I enjoyed it greatly <3 we are so happy we went and cannot wait to return As we could easily make this a yearly adventure.
