★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitos los zapatos pero pesima la atencion al cliente , la señorita que me atendio me puso cara porque le dije que no me gustaron los zapatos y fue a su bodega y los avento queria medirme otras pero con ese trato mejor me fui , que mal por el dueño porque asi corren a la clientela.
The shoes were very nice but the customer service was bad, the lady who attended me put a face on me because I told her that I did not like the shoes and she went to her warehouse and I thought she wanted to measure others but with that better treatment I left, too bad for the owner because that's how they run to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día lunes acudí al establecimiento a comprar unas botas para mi mamá del numero 5, la caja traía en numero pero no me había percatado que me habían dado un numero incorrecto al que yo había solicitado hasta que llegue a casa, el día viernes 05-04-19 fui a cambiar las botas al mismo establecimiento, la señorita realizo el cambio pero nuevamente el numero era incorrecto al que yo pedí, regrese 3 veces a cambiar los zapatos, al final a la señorita borro el número de la medida del zapato, ella insistió que era el numero que yo pedí, que ya no me podía cambiar los zapatos por que ya había realizado muchos cambios. Es una lastima que existan este tipo de establecimientos
On Monday I went to the store to buy some boots for my mother from number 5, the box had a number but I had not noticed that they had given me an incorrect number that I had requested until I got home, on Friday 05- 04-19 I went to change the boots to the same establishment, the lady made the change but again the number was wrong to the one I asked for, I returned 3 times to change the shoes, at the end the young lady deleted the shoe size number, She insisted that it was the number I requested, that I could not change my shoes because I had already made many changes. It is a shame that there are such establishments
