Sobretodo el empleado "Mandys" es un irrespetuoso y mal trabajador. They blame the customer for poor logistics, zero professionals, lousy communication, and awful customer treatment. Above all the employee "Mandys" is a disrespectful and bad worker.

Vivo por la zona y siempre tienen la música a todo lo que da, les pedí amablemente qué le bajaran tantito y se rieron en mi cara diciendo que ese no es su problema. Terrible service, the staff is not the least bit friendly and super rude. I live in the area and they always have the music going, I kindly asked them to turn it down a bit and they laughed in my face saying that this is not their problem.

I came at 4:45 pm and chose things to buy and asked them to wait foe me just for 5 min while I go to ATM to withdraw money, because your shop does not accept niether card nor dollars! And they did not wait and closed the door just before my face! It's awful...I was in shock...I wanted to buy presents and they spoiled my mood...
