Llevamos más de 2 meses en la calle Venustiano Carranza de San Pedro Tultepec, sin saber lo que es pasar el camión recolector de basura. Solo hay que adivinar cuando van a Tomapan a correr 10 cuadras para poder echar la basura en el camión. Es inconcebible que opdapas solo este de lujo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar es muy bueno para hacer fiestas o para algunas graduaciones de entre primaria, secundaria, preparatoria y diferentes servicios en diferentes instituciones de la localidad de lerma, al igual que cuánta con un amplio espacio para que quepan muchas personas, y este lugar es perteneciente al ayuntamiento de esta ciudad como una fuente de moderación es para hacer varios eventos de la misma presidencia, pero como mencioné anteriormente este lugar puede albergar muchas personas.
Actualmente alberga al mercado municipal sabatino, ya que este se ubicaba donde ahora se está remodelando para hacerlo mucho más práctico y grande.
Entonces esta al alcanse de llenarse por cientos de personas.
También cuánta con baños y buen punto de control por las autoridades para la propia seguridad de los ciudadanos mismos de esta localidad y visitantes,

El auditorio es viejo, los plafones falsos están por caer. Los servicios sanitarios son deplorables y el piso está dañado. La instalación eléctrica es antigua. Ojalá que lo reparen cuando los locatarios del mercado vuelvan a sus instalaciones.
