★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al ser uno de los centros de reunión para la comunidad de Jiquipilco más importantes se limita en algunas cosas, una mayor capacidad de estacionamiento o en tal caso una mejor conexión con transporte público ya que está a una distancia considerable del centro y mayormente la población debe pasar por está zona y continuar cuesta abajo con una inclinación considerada que al retorno se vuelve muy difícil para gente con limitación en movilidad de cualquier edad, se debe diversificar la ubicación de centro como estos en lugares más accesibles, ya que en conjunto en Jiquipilco es un desastre en accesibilidad, pésima gestión en las calles, autos estacionados en plena avenida haciendo más difícil transitar dentro de ella,
