★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia, los oficiales de tránsito quitaron la placa de mi carro a pesar que llevábamos una persona en silla de ruedas, el argumento fue que no teníamos el engomado de discapacitados, pero es algo ilógico si están viendo a alguien discapacitado y según tienen circuito cerrado pues saben cuándo alguien se estaciona en un lugar que no necesita. Muy nefasto el juez de Paz que a fuerza quería se le pagará la multa pues como vio que éramos turistas no nos dió un recibo por el pago de la multa anticipada. Todo muy raro, pero que quede en ellos, solamente así corren al turismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La plaza principal de Apan, en el centro del pueblo. Apan es una localidad muy famosa por la producción del pulque, una bebida prehispánica que era muy consumida. De hecho en muchos lugares del centro del país existían las famosas pulquerias. A pesar de ser una bebida tradicional, y muy nutritiva, actualmente se está perdiendo debido a la reducción de el cultivo del maguey, además de que ya no les gusta a mucha gente. Si estás en Apan, prueba el pulque, o un curado si es la primera vez que lo pruebas. Es más ligero y de una variedad de sabores.
