★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre ha tenido deficiencias esta Clínica y se entienden las carencias sobre todo cuando hay transición de Ayuntamientos, lo que no se disculpa es que exijan que el paciente saque cita previa y al llegar tenga que esperar hasta 40 minutos porque el medico llego tarde y se colgó con el horario de todos sus pacientes citados, ayer en especial la Dra. Maricela inicio su consulta a las 8:30 am cuando tenia pacientes desde las 8:00 de la mañana (8, 8:10, 8:20, 8:30..) los enfermos molestos por llegar temprano y no recibir ni una disculpa ni explicación alguna. Entonces para que tienen ese sistema de citas previas si quien incumple es el medico. Ojala se tomen medidas al respecto.
This Clinic has always had deficiencies and the deficiencies are understood especially when there is a transition from City Councils, what is unapologetic is that they require the patient to make an appointment and have to wait up to 40 minutes upon arrival because the doctor was late and hung up with the schedule of all her patients mentioned, yesterday especially Dr. Maricela began her consultation at 8:30 am when she had patients from 8:00 in the morning (8, 8:10, 8:20, 8:30 ..) sick people upset for arriving early and not receiving an apology or explanation. So why do they have that system of prior appointments if the one who does not comply is the doctor. Hopefully action is taken in this regard.

I went to leave a lunch for a young doctor and I was able to observe that it is a very well located Hospital that is guarded all the time, especially at night.

Arrogant and rude doctors and nurses only treat you if it is something "serious" and you are almost dying, terrible service, few doctors have been kind to me. Their elbow hurts spend on x-rays or medicine when it is necessary for the patient
FOR COVID THEY GIVE YOU A NUMBER TO KNOW THE RESULT AND THEY NEVER ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to communicate for 2 hours, only a few ladies answer, leave me on the line and hang up after 6 minutes
