En el “DOMO” UBICADO EN EL FRACC.Lombardo Toledano se imparte una rutina de Zumba diariamente de 7:30 a 8:30 am.desde hace 1 año aproximadamente ,no obstante en 2 ocasiones en lo que va del año ,han sido arbitrariamente interrumpidas por personajes que ostentan un permiso para ocupar la cancha emitido por esta dependencia de Gobierno . Quien dijo ser la directora de la esc.primaria Nachi Cocom en ese fraccionamiento, ínsito a los padres de familia a agredirnos por lo que me aleje del lugar. Así como me percate el mal trato a la instructora la cual les solicitaba le permitieran 20 mint.para terminar la clase (esto es convicción y responsabilidad) y estos se negaron argumentando groseramente que se trataba de menores de edad. Así mismo la mitad de nuestro grupo es gente de la tercera edad igualmente vulnerable, pero votamos y pagamos impuestos. Por lo anterior solicito gire sus apreciables órdenes para la averiguación de los hechos que por ser constantes y repetitivos ameriten sanción , por negligencia, omisión y lo que resulte en contra de quien resulte responsable de la dirección operativa del calendario y horario de las actividades en el Domo. Debo mencionar que este programa de ejercicio y nutrición “ esta implantado en otros estados y auspiciado por el gobierno en cuestión ,para evitar y combatir los efectos de la gordura y diabetes ,problemas de “Salud Publica “ Por lo que las beneficiarias (cuestión de género) estamos muy agradecidas con el patrocinador y les solicitamos al Instituto Del Deporte, concedan el espacio y facilidades necesarias . ¡EL RESPETO AL DERECHO AJENO ES LA PAZ! DAVID MARTINEZ GONZALEZ Director Institute of Sport Hereby I inform you of possible irregularities of sanction by "public servants" in charge of the operation of sports units.
