La verdad tienen mucho en que trabajar empezando con el servicio , buscar la forma en que el tramite sea un poco mas agil, y pues si no respetan el horario de las citas no le veo el caso de que tengan esta opción. No son puntuales, tardan un par de horas en hacer un trámite y no atienden en el orden de las citas. El guardia brilla por su ausencia. Los puntos positivos son la señorita de informes que es amable y te orienta si le preguntas y la señorita que toma las fotografías, quien tiene mucha paciencia a los bebés y toma varias imágenes hasta conseguir una satisfactoria. El resto del personal es frío y "desaparece" a la hora del lonche It does its job, although not very efficiently.
