★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal necesita mejores actitudes al tratar con la gente, hay muchas personas pasando de un módulo a otro porque no reciben la información adecuada y si no tienen ganas de trabajar y aún si queda tiempo hasta que cierren prefieren mandarte por un tubo. Poco personal para tantos trámites que se hacen al día.
The staff needs better attitudes when dealing with people, there are many people moving from one module to another because they do not receive adequate information and if they do not feel like working and even if there is time until they close they prefer to send you by a tube. Little staff for so many procedures that are done daily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los trabajadores NO son amabkes tardan mucho en responder, brindan informacion equivocada y batalla uno para que lo contacten y mi llamada es de larga distancia por que la señora de la representacion en Monterrey ya no se hizo responsable.... Pesimo servicio
The workers are NOT amabkes, they take a long time to respond, they provide wrong information and I battle one to be contacted and my call is long distance because the lady of the representation in Monterrey was no longer responsible .... Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La espera que tienes que ASER ahora por la contingencia es muy tardada y eso sí te toco turno sino tienes q ir intentado toda la semana y para que tú acta nisiquiera este en línea para imprimirla después tienes que volverte a formar
The wait that you have to ASER now for the contingency is very long and that is your turn if you do not have to try all week and for you to act it is not even online to print it later you have to retrain
