They do not have a showroom, one has to ask for a quote that if ... the materials look good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio pésimo, desde la contratación, la fecha de instalación y ahorita hacer valida una garantía ( menos de 5 meses ya tiene desperfectos). Tienes que estar atrás de ellos para que te hagan válida su garantía llevo 1 mes hablando y aún no tengo una respuesta.
A lousy service, from the hiring, the installation date and right now to make a guarantee valid (less than 5 months already has damages). You have to be behind them to make their guarantee valid. I've been talking for 1 month and I still don't have an answer.

No tienen el material y ahi te andan avisando dias antes de cuando te iban a instalar, y al final segun si ya les llega el material y solo te ponen uno parecido, y creen que uno no se da cuenta. Y aparte me querian cobrar mas dinero porque no tienen un control de lo que pagas.
Terrible service.
They do not have the material and there they go around notifying you days before when they were going to install you, and in the end depending on whether the material already arrives and they only give you a similar one, and they believe that one does not realize it. And besides, they wanted to charge me more money because they don't have control of what you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me instalaron el clóset y vestidor rápido eso me gustó, ya que en otras partes se tardaban hasta 6 semanas. El material sigue siendo bueno, ya que tengo clóset de ellos de más de 10 años. No les pongo 5 estrellas por qué una vez fui a sucursal Anáhuac y no me atendieron bien. Tuve que ir hasta la fábrica.
They installed the closet and dressing room quickly, I liked that, since in other places it took up to 6 weeks. The material is still good as I have a closet of them from over 10 years. I don't give them 5 stars because once I went to the Anáhuac branch and they didn't treat me well. I had to go to the factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team sucks, however, the installation team works pretty well and the overall quality of the product is great.
I don't recommend this due to the really painful experience I got, extreme delays, short-notices, unexpected expenses and miscommunication from the sales people.
