Currys, Pad thai, and more. Israel knows his stuff. Stop by and check it out. The menu is inspired! You won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal, diverse dishes for affordable prices! We had an amazing late lunch at Murmullo. Staff was friendly and helpful with information, including in English. Facilities are super clean, and visibly well cared for. Food menu includes local appetizers, and great selection of Italian and Thai mains. Tuna tartare was perfectly on point. And the fish of the day (Mahi Mahi) was succulent in its marinade. We wrapped up the experience with a sweet affogato ice cream dessert. Make sure you don't skip this place if you're on Plaja Ropa. Easily accessible from the beach, attached to the Bungalos VEPAO complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have eaten here multiple times. It is the best restaurant we have found anywhere in Zihuatanejo over the course of many years. Israel, the chef/owner is very inventive and versatile. We are particular fond of the fish he prepares- tuna tataki, ceviche, mahi-mahi with a mango sauce, tuna with a simple but delicious garlic sauce, tonight in saffron and white wine. We also appreciate that vegetables are excellent, not an afterthought like in so many restaurants.
The restaurant is tucked away , just off the beach, and is very calm. Honestly there are few restaurants in Seattle, a city that prides itself for its fish, that could match Murmullo.

The Tuna Tartar was a favourIte followed by the Shrimp Pad Thai and the Spicy Shrimp.
An Affogato or Flan by the pool was a perfect way to end the night
