This place is a mandatory stop, it is located in the magical town of Cuitzeo. On Sundays they do not charge and during the week they charge 65 pesos.

HUITZTAPACALA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesante museo, ocupa parte del claustro del ex-convento agustino de Santa María Magdalena del siglo XVI, se conserva en excelentes condiciones a casi 500 años de su construcción. Cuenta con varas salas de exposición alternando con patios y jardines. Inspira mucha tranquilidad. No te lo puedes perder si visitas el Pueblo Mágico de Cuitzeo del Porvenir. Interesting museum, it occupies part of the cloister of the ex-Augustinian convent of Santa María Magdalena from the 16th century, it is preserved in excellent condition almost 500 years after its construction. It has several exhibition rooms alternating with patios and gardens. It inspires a lot of tranquility. You cannot miss it if you visit the Magic Town of Cuitzeo del Porvenir.

Antes de ir a Morelia pasan por Cuitzeo, no pueden perderse de visitarlo! Tomé las siguientes fotos, espero puedan darse una idea. En persona es mucho mejor ;) It is a wonderful, sublime place, incredibly rich in history! It has fabulous architectural spaces. 100% recommendable. Before going to Morelia go through Cuitzeo, you cannot miss visiting it! I took the following photos, I hope you can get an idea. In person is much better;)

E	Ernesto Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los conventos agustinos mejor conservados a nivel nacional, tiene en gran parte de sus paredes los frescos y murales pintados por los frailes, más impresionante la Sala Capitular y la fachada estilo Barroco Plateresco digno de visitarse. Ahí cerca venden unas carnitas y barbacoa muy buenas! One of the best-preserved Augustinian convents nationwide, it has a large part of its walls the frescoes and murals painted by the friars, more impressive the Chapter House and the Plateresque Baroque style facade worth visiting. Nearby they sell some very good carnitas and barbecue!
