★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waitress offered us to try as many sample flavors as we wanted and then we decided on 4 scoops for $140 pesos. Don’t know why so many negative reviews, maybe we are not ice cream connoisseurs but the ones we had were unique and delicious.

They sell only two coups for 75 pesos. You can mix the taste.

Nieves are basically the Mexican equivalent of sorbetto / granita / snow-cone/ whatever. And the versions here are ...*ridiculously* good, with slim-to-none use of bottled syrups, only organic products, and clean bright flavors.
I ended up going out of my way to swing by and get some of this fairly frequently - it's that good!
