The museum continues to improve. While small, it nevertheless houses a good collection of Comcaac/Serious art. The displays only have descriptions in Spanish. The photos are stunning. The Video of Valentina Torres Molina making one of her beautiful baskets is a must watch. I recommend the museum to anyone interested in the Comcaac story. A follow up visit to the village of Punta Chueca/Socaiix is well worth it.

Telling the history and lifestyle of the disappearing indigenous Comcac people's who once populated the the upper sea of Cortez, this small museum in Bahia de Kino is a Jewell. World renowned for their basketry , iron wood carvings and unique pleican feathered clothing . Check it out before they disappear.

The relatively compact Seri museum provides a tantalizing abundance of insight into the art, tradition, language, beliefs, culture and lifestyle of these extraordinary people. Well worth a glimpse.
