One of the most fun museums I have been in. They explained how tequila and mescal was made and let us experience the difference in their tastes one by one. However, the guiding was all in Spanish, so it is good to have someone to translate if you don't know Spanish.

Small self guided, one room museum. Nice bar downstairs with free samples after visiting museum.

Rooftop bar was closed but the museum was really interesting. Kind of a far walk if you are close to Zocalo

Must do if you’re in CDMX and love tequila/mezcal. Highly recommend the guided tour and tasting with the tour guide Alejandro. He is incredible knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and really knows his stuff. Amazing experience!

Lovely visit! Small but informative. The staff is INCREDIBLE (so SWEET) and the tasting/restaurant is fantastic. The cocktails are great and the food is solid. The area is a bit sketchy, so would recommend going in the daytime and Uber-ing there/back.

Amazing hot spot to hangout after dinner. For 60 Mexican dollars, you get to your the museum, learn about Mexican tequila and mezcal production, followed by a tasting. They offered award winning mezcal along with tequila. Then, right below there's a mezcal restaurant with great food. It is especially fun to come here on the evening because you can hear all the Mariachis serenade you :)

Well... the museum and gift shop are cute. The restaurant is decent. The issue for me is the surrounding area is shady and some of the vendors/solicitors/beggars were aggressive, it was actually a bit overwhelming. The plaza it's located in seems to be a place that the local addicts, drunks and hobos hangout/live. If I'm being honest, it didn't feel safe... however we did go after dark about 7pm... perhaps the energy is different during the day. We did get so cute pictures in the museum and had a quick tasting. Tours must be pre-arranged otherwise you're on your own.
