Wonderful little museum that I call the Fred Flinstone House. The owner, Señor Rodriguez will give you a private tour and answer any questions in English or Spanish. The entrance fee is $10 MX. There are lots of very old pictures of Mascota too. All of the furniture and household items are covered with stones.

The best thing of all is to talk with Don Pancho, the creative genius of the museum, enriching conversation with him, he mentioned that he started with turtles as an occupational therapy and ended up practically covering all his house, he even has a wooden bed, They come to Mascota, they must happen to know, the entrance is suuuuuuper cheap!

BUEN VIAJE !!!!!!
We passed through this street and the stone signs at the door called Don Francisco, a friendly man who invites you to come in and give him 10 pesos if you like the place. So we entered and were surprised with all the elements of the house upholstered with stones that he himself has made for years, console, television, bed, armchairs, pillows, bathroom, fountain, guitar, lamps, well, where you turn you will see the art of this Mascot character. With all the patience, he attended us, he told us about the passion with which he has made the transformation of his house into a literal stone house. When we left we gave him $ 50 pesos and I was moved by the gratitude and sensitivity with which he fired us. If you come to Mascota you cannot miss this attraction, art, attention and time of this man that I loved. GOOD TRIP !!!!!!

If in Mascota, this museum is worth the visit. Francisco has built an entire home in stone (bed, table, chairs, etc.). It's like being in the Flintstones. He is an interesting character!
