★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really interesting museum, especially during El Dia de Muertos with an exhibition about the different celebrations around the country and a market of Popular Art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this museum quite interesting. The pieces on display were unusual and varied. My photos do not do the exhibits justice. Live music.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, but really cute museum. We appreciated that they added wheelchair lifts to make it possible to access the buildings with stairs. Wheelchair users can see all the exhibits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visit this museum everytime we're in Mexico City. Always wonderful exhibitions. This weekend selling textiles, clay , etc traditional objects from local artisans from around the country. A delight to the eyes and fair prices directly from the creators!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should 100% go if you’re in the area, it’s a quick visit and while it’s not world famous art you’re in for a treat if you like more colorful art. It was raining ashen I was there and it’s partly outside so maybe try a day without heavy showers and thunder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great stop if you are in Coyoacán. They have some large alebrijes that are worth the visit. We saw a temporary exhibit about indigenous women potters and it was fantastic. Well displayed and organized. It is free on Sunday so don’t miss out!
