Cuenta el Museo Paleontológico con una importante colección de copias de fotos antiguas donadas por el Museo AMON CARTER de Fort Worth, en Dallas, Tx. que fueron tomadas por un civil Norteamericano en la guerra con los Estados Unidos, entre 1846 y 1848. La mayor parte los daguerrotipos, fueron tomadas en Saltillo y Durango Capital,

Aunque es pequeño es demasiado interesante y más si les gusta la paleontología sin mencionar que es atendido por personas muy amables, agradables y atentas. Fue una gran experiencia para mi y aprendí mucho de la historia no sólo de los dinosaurios sino de los inicios de la cuidad
Excellent place to take children. Although it is small it is too interesting and more if you like paleontology not to mention that it is attended by very kind, pleasant and attentive people. It was a great experience for me and I learned a lot about the history not only of dinosaurs but of the beginnings of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su nombre real es Museo Paleontológico de la Laguna, es sumamente pequeño y vale la pena dedicarle un par de horas, pareciera que está rebasado por el material que hay y el espacio que cuenta.
Tiene cuatro salas permanentementes: antropología, historia, paleontología y el área de sables.
El costo de entrada es de 25 pesos mnx, y el horario es de 10 a 2pm, no hay turno vespertino.
Visita: febrero del 2022.
Its real name is the Paleontological Museum of La Laguna, it is extremely small and it is worth spending a couple of hours on it, it seems that it is overwhelmed by the material there is and the space it has.
It has four permanent rooms: anthropology, history, paleontology and the saber area.
The cost of entry is 25 pesos mnx, and the hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., there is no evening shift.
Visit: February 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you get there by about 2 in the afternoon it was so much to see we couldn't actually see it all and they close at 5 promptly the people were very friendly one spoke a little bit of English but really wanted to practice he was so super friendly actually all of them were friendly but he was just over the top nice. I do recommend the place
