★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un edificio que contiene un museo de muy pobre contenido, una biblioteca muy completa, una hemeroteca genial y alberga también al teatro emiliana de Zubeldía. En general el edificio está, desde hace años, en muy malas condiciones por lo que la verdad no le recomiendo mucho a los turistas que lo visiten. No hay estacionamiento y los baños son sucios. En la parte baja del edificio se encuentran oficinas de la universidad de sonora
