Zanbatha siempre se caracterizó por ser un valle lacustre, donde hace más de 3,000 años se asentaron los primeros pueblos, y donde hace más de 10,000 años paseaban los grandes mamíferos como los mamuts. En Zanbatha desde entonces se reflejaba la luna en la gran laguna, que daba origen al gran río Dathe ( Matlatzinco- río Lerma).

Zanbatha es una agradable sorpresa, ya que lo conocí apenas hoy en la inauguración de una exposición de Vicente Rojo dentro del marco del festival cultural "Lerma al rojo vivo" y realmente es un gran espacio cultural muy digno que vale la pena visitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El museo es muy limpio, es pequeño pero tiene piezas interesantes y está la historia del Padre Infante, hay fotografías y pinturas muy bonitas, la gente que está ahí te atiende amablemente y te explican algunas cuestiones de las obras, no temen compartir sus conocimientos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el museo municipal. Bonito lugar, bien cuidado. Hay una tienda dentro, ahí encuentras artesanía de la zona. Tienen exposiciones temporales. En ocasiones hay varias exhibiciones a la vez.
It is the municipal museum. Nice place, well kept. There is a store inside, there you can find crafts from the area. They have temporary exhibitions. Sometimes there are several exhibitions at the same time.
