★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service until the payment. When I paid they made mistakes on the receipt for my name and put the tax as zero even though they charged tax. They refused to modify the receipt to correct the errors. They ruined what would have been a perfect experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I went in to buy a pack of guitar strings and they acted like they weren't interested in the business. Instead of showing all products that were available it was more like pulling teeth asking to see each pack of strings.
I also didn't appreciate being treated like I was going to steal something. Will not be returning.
