★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé por teléfono para cotizar y me dijeron de forma poco amable que no podían hacerlo por teléfono, que les mandara un correo. Lo hice, esperé como una semana, nunca contestaron. Fui entonces de manera física al local y pregunté por lo mismo, todos los trabajadores platican entre sí, se ríen y se meten a todos lados, hacen todo menos buscar lo que quieres. Al final, después de 20 minutos me dijeron, "no lo tenemos en existencia" y después el que me atendió se metió a la parte trasera sin decirme si quiera, "llegarán en tantos días" o al menos algo. Pésimo servicio.
I spoke on the phone to quote and they told me in an unkind way that they could not do it on the phone, to send them an email. I did, I waited like a week, they never answered. So I went physically to the place and asked for the same thing, all the workers talk to each other, laugh and go everywhere, they do everything except look for what you want. At the end, after 20 minutes they told me, "we don't have it in stock" and then the one who attended me got to the back without even telling me, "they will arrive in so many days" or at least something. Terrible service.
