★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, lugar recomendable para quién esta empezando a aprender música y quiere encontrar un instrumento usado a precio accesible. Si quieres vender algún instrumento casi tíenes que mal baratarlo para que te lo tomen. En el caso de intercambiar instrumento por instrumento se me hizo injusto, ofrecí un instrumento mas caro qué el que pedía a cambio y tenía que dar aparte diferencia.
 The service is good, a recommended place for those who are starting to learn music and want to find a used instrument at an affordable price. If you want to sell an instrument you almost have to shuffle it badly so they can take it. In the case of exchanging instrument for instrument I found it unfair, I offered a more expensive instrument than what I requested in return and had to make a difference.

Es un buen lugar para comprar, más no para vender o cambiar por que al más mínimo detalle no quieren comprar o te ofrecen muy poco.
Es un buen lugar con precios accesibles pero lo que no veo justo es ponerle cinta a las guitarras y que al menos te den unas cuerdas baratas.
Por que prácticamente te llevas las cuerdas que vete a saber de cuándo no se las cambian.
The place is not bad in itself.
It is a good place to buy, but not to sell or exchange because in the smallest detail they do not want to buy or they offer you very little.
It's a good place with affordable prices but what I don't see as fair is to tape the guitars and at least give you cheap strings.
Because you practically take the strings with you, you know when they are not changed.

Tenia que explicar demaciado para darle a entender algo que necesitaba para mi guitarra (accesorio) Deberían poner personal capacitados y con conocimientos basicos de musica e instrumentos musicales por lo menos.
I had the impression that the girl who attends does not know anything about musical instruments. I had to explain too much to make him understand something I needed for my guitar (accessory). They should put trained personnel with basic knowledge of music and musical instruments at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comprar si es buen lugar, pero para cambio o venta es muy pésimo lugar, pésima atención con el tema seré breve... Fui a vender o cambiar un articulo literalmente nuevo, aun se encontraba en su caja. Me hicieron abrirlo (como para ver si era cierto) una vez que lo vieron me dijieron "no estamos comprando esos artículos en este momento" si no lo hacían entonces por que me hicieron abrirlo y mostrarlo? Meses después me comunico vía wahtsapp para saber si ya podía cambiar o vender el mismo articulo y al principio fueron amables pero después de la nada me dejaron en visto y ya no respondieron de la nada. Si el dueño lee esta reseña puedo mostrarle la conversación en persona para que se de cuenta de la atención de su personal y que verifique que en ningún momento fui grosero, descortés o mal educado.
To buy if it is a good place, but for exchange or sale it is a very bad place, terrible attention to the subject I will be brief ... Months later I contacted via wahtsapp to find out if I could change or sell the same item and at first they were kind but after nothing they let me see it and they no longer responded out of nowhere. If the owner reads this review I can show him the conversation in person so that he is aware of the attention of his staff and that he verifies that at no time was I rude, impolite or impolite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden guitarras usadas super caras les compre una usada ,a precio de nueva en otra tieda estaba en 5k nueva y ahi me la vendieron en 5k usada pero en abonos , le falla una pastilla, esta alta de los trastes tiene los botones de volumen y tono super flojos se bajan solos , compre una guitarra usada a precio de nueva y ahora le invertire mas dinero en mantenimiento y arreglarla.
They sell super expensive used guitars I bought a used one, at a new price in another store it was in 5k new and there they sold it to me in 5k used but in fertilizers, a pickup is missing, this top of the frets has the volume and tone buttons super lazy they go down by themselves, I bought a used guitar at a new price and now I will invest more money in maintenance and fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tad pricey, usual selection of beat up squier strats,lesser known and unknown guitars, and other off-brand stuff. Most of the things in the shop have seen better days. It's a consignment joint with wildly optimistic pricing. Some of the things for sale have been here for at least the past three years. Worth a look, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Acoustic practice bass amplifier blew, and they repaired in a day at a very reasonable price. Polite; professional, and my amp works great. You are required to pay $200 (MEX) deposit for a repair estimate –standard in my experience for instrument and equipment repairs. Downtown parking is a bit tough.
