The last two years I have attended this establishment to cut my hair, throughout which there were always small details that I let go because in general I liked how they left my hair, but on this last visit it was when I finally decided to do a review and stop cutting my hair here. I understand the keeping of appointments and that technically this last time was my fault, but the lack of reciprocity considering the times I have condoned the failures in attention, because I say we all have bad days and not all employees are the same, but, this time if I get a little upset because the last time I went with an appointment they attended me 15 minutes after the hour with which I did not have any major problem I understand that these things happen and today, that I go 15 minutes late, there is two employees (one the same one who attended me the last time by the way) with a single client, one of them checking the cell phone sitting on the couch and they did not attend me because in 15 minutes they have another appointment and especially the way in which the employee who was resting answered that not with me there in front was what made me see the lack of empathy towards customers, especially with one with two years of constant loyalty. You cannot be late with appointments for appointments and at the same time strict with clients who arrive late. The only thing I was looking for is to be treated as I treated them. In short, a pity some of the employees are cool and very good but for some they all take them including the business. I hope that these types of problems improve, although it won't touch me anymore XD

How we started ... Firstly, the attention is bad, the subject does not give the right treatment to the client. Nor does it pay attention to the indications of the cut you ask for (they do what they want). And finally, they don't have the experience they say, they are amateur barbers. His job is nothing a neighborhood barber can't make you and even better and cheaper. In short, my experience with this barber shop was appalling. The 350 pesos worst spent in my life.

The place looks good, but the chairs are already in very bad condition. And you need better customer service. Although they are not barbers, but the service of the establishment.

The hairdresser who cut my hair did not know what I was doing, I saw how he was wrong when he cut my hair and proceeded to cut it shorter and shorter. To which I clearly told him from the beginning that he did not want to. I leave my sideburns crooked and also I cut a finger above my left ear. Do not let the appearance of the place fool you. And after all they charged me like everyone else, without any kind of discount or apology.

Good service. It is not for adults. Good attention from the staff. I think they can improve the atmosphere and aroma of the place.
