Had a lovely relaxing massage and my wife had a Mayan massage which she really enjoyed too. Masseuse spoke no English but was very good with nice amount of pressure. Place was clean and smart. Recommended.

Normally, if I don't like a small business, I wouldn't write a negative review, I just wouldn't go back. However, since I based my salon choice/ visit based on the positive reviews, I feel compelled to share my experience to help prepare others looking to obtain the same service. After 8 months of no color treatments or heat styling due to covid, I was ready to get back to my 'old self' (I have been doing highlights for approx. 28 yrs... this was the longest I have ever gone). This salon had amazing reviews and is near my home, so I was excited to check it out. I read wonderful things about Marion, the young salon owner from France... I was hooked to try it. I went in with pictures in hand for blonde highlights and a trim. 4 hours later, I left with light brown color and hair damaged beyond belief. It now takes me 30 mins to brush my wet hair because I am forced to do it small section by small sections with lots of detangler spray. When my hair is dry, it now feels like straw and also impossible to brush without a huge frizz blossoming. I tried to fo a few conditioning treatments to see if its salvageable, but I'm sad to say I will likely need to cut all my hair, that's how bad she left it. I left a 15% tip (as I would have in the states, but in hindsight I really regret that now). I had no idea of the extend damage to my hair at that moment, only that she did not give me the color I requested and I was clear on that. She was open to fixing the color at a later date, but I have since decided not to risk any more damage to my hair there. Not sure if she used some type of different product than she normally does or cheap bleach or what really happened here, but this is the worst hair experience I have ever had. I have had several throughout the years, so I am experienced on what to expect- this was not it. The salon itself is clean and followed covid rules, no complaints on that.

Marion did an amazing job highlighting and cutting my hair. I felt like I had just gone to a hair salon in France. Very professional. Great job! I definitely recommend her salon. ?

My experience at Must Salon & Spa was beyond my expectations! I have extremely thin hair and usually going to hair salons is a stressful experience for me as hairstylists in Mexico are not always used to work with my type of hair. I am so grateful that Marion, the owner, understood exactly what I wanted. I told her I wanted to lighten my hair without giving up the ´´natural´´ look. Now, thanks to Marion, people are often complimenting my hair color saying how nice it is that my hair is naturally with different shades of blonde. They never suspect that it´s not really natural!? The salon is small but very cosy and nicely decorated. Marion is friendly, professional and speaks English, French and Spanish fluently. I highly recommend her services!

I have just returned from a cut and blow dry from Marion - the first in over a year because of Covid. What a treat! The shop is small, so covid protocol is easy with just 2 in the shop - with masks. Marion is friendly, professional, and highly skilled. She had A LOT of hair to cut off my head. I left with a cut that was exactly what I asked for and more stylish than I could have expected. And VERY reasonable prices. Thank you, Marion!

Had fabulous streaks done and a wonderful cut!!! Let me tell you that this was not easy as I have not been to a hairdresser in 3 years. Without touching my natural hair in the top third, as I am growing it out, she blended the old colour with the new growth and it looks wonderful! An AMAZING job!!
