★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy harta de esta pseudo compañía, me marcan DIARIO para ofrecerme servicios que hace más de 1 año les dije que NO ME INTERESA, cuando solicité informes me atendieron super mal por teléfono y ahora me hostigan DIARIO, hostigando no se consiguen clientes, apréndanselo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mutuus es un fraude , si tienes una póliza con ellos mejor cámbiala ahora antes de que te pase lo que me paso a mi,cuando mi familiar tuvo una emergencia médica muttus me indicó a que hospital asistir se comunico con el hospital para comunicar el ingreso y autorizo todos los procedimientos que se requirieron, después de 5 días de hospitalizacion y cirugía al momento del alta indicó que no pagaría que yo pagará y luego revisara con ellos un reembolso (con un saldo en el hospital de más de 500mil) parece que tiene solo 3 empleados porque son los mismos que contestan y no te resuelven nada de verdad es un FRAUDE , espero que nunca les pase lo mismo.
