★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No completaron el servicio de corte y uñas de mi perrita. La llevé el jueves 26 agosto a las 7pm y la recogí a media noche y me dijeron que al otro día terminarían el servicio. El servicio lo pagué. Me contacté el viernes e insistí en que quedara ese día, pero me dijeron que ellos se comunicaban conmigo ya que estaban ocupados. Al día de hoy no he recibido contacto por parte de ellos.
They did not complete my dog's trimming and nail service. I took her on Thursday, August 26 at 7pm and picked her up at midnight and they told me that the next day they would finish the service. I paid for the service. I contacted on Friday and insisted that I stay that day, but they told me that they contacted me as they were busy. As of today, I have not received any contact from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio que hicieron con mis perritos, son muy nerviosos ya que son rescatados , siempre eh batallado para que me los bañen o hagan su corte y en esta ocasión se lucieron , porfin encontré un buen lugar donde ellos se sientes muy agusto además de oler muy rico por días y super limpios. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

la primera fue hace meses pero yo pense...
deseguro ya cambiaron de personal
y si ya cambiaron, pero a unos peores
ami pobre perro lo dejaron muy mal maltratada la piel]
y encima de todo me querian cobrar
no se los recomiendo a nadie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal, no me atendieron como se debía, tuvimos que ayudar a la chica a contarle el pelo a mi mascota , no nos termino el trabajo y nos amenazó diciéndonos que si hacíamos algo ella tenia videos de nuestra mascota donde tenia muchos nudos y que eso era maltrato animal y que nos podría hasta demandar. Hicimos dos citas y en las dos no pudo terminar el trabajo que por que nuestro perrito era muy inquieto y perturbaba a las de más mascotas NO RECOMIENDO EL LUGAR PARA NADIE PESIMO SERVICIO
Super bad, they didn't treat me as they should have, we had to help the girl tell my pet's hair, she didn't finish the job and she threatened us telling us that if we did something she had videos of our pet where it had many knots and that's it It was animal abuse and that he could even sue us. We made two appointments and in both of them he could not finish the job because our puppy was very restless and disturbed the other pets. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE FOR ANYONE. AWFUL SERVICE
