No revisan sus mensajes, te hacen esperar dias, la encargada de envios no contesta las llamadas y la que recibe los pagos y la que envía los pedidos se echa la culpa una a la otra del porque no han mandado el paquete y no llegaron los productos que pedí. Me mandaron un vídeo mostrando los productos y llegaron otros diferentes. Levantaré una queja en profeco
