★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 4 años asistiendo, y la verdad me gusta mucho porque es un arte/deporte que te ayuda a conseguir mucha fuerza, flexibilidad y te ayuda a tener la mente activa (para recordar los movimientos). En cuanto al establecimiento, esta genial que maneja una modalidad al aire libre que ahorita con el covid se aprecia, tiene buena altura (en cuanto a poder realizar caídas y movimientos un poco más complejos, cosa que en otros locales no hay) y esta en un lugar bastante accesible.
 I have been attending for 4 years, and I really like it a lot because it is an art / sport that helps you get a lot of strength, flexibility and helps you have an active mind (to remember the movements). As for the establishment, this great one that manages an outdoor modality that right now with the covid is appreciated, has a good height (in terms of being able to make falls and movements a little more complex, which in other places there is not) and is in a fairly accessible place.
