★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buscaba una guitarra para zurdos y me dijeron que invertiendo las cuerdas en una diestra ya quedaría bien para zurdos, así de fácil. Me fue mal porque fue un muy mal trabajo y me recomendaron ir a un lutero para que quedara bien. Así hice y me va a costar alrededor de $1000 para tener una condición aceptable, aunque las octavas non van a quedar bien porque el puente no es regulable. Me hubiesen comentado esto antes, no habría comprado la guitarra. Serán buenos para vender instrumentos y clases de música pero con esto que me pasó los considero incompetentes, superficiales y muy poco fiables.
I was looking for a left-handed guitar and they told me that reversing the strings in a right-handed one would already look good for left-handed people, it's that easy. It was bad for me because it was a very bad job and they recommended me to go to a Luther to make it look good. So I did and it will cost me around $ 1000 to have an acceptable condition, although the octaves will not look good because the bridge is not adjustable. If they had told me this before, I would not have bought the guitar. They will be good for selling instruments and music classes but with what happened to me I consider them incompetent, superficial and very unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí informes hace unas semanas para inscribir a mi hijo a clases de música y me dieron costos y horarios. Solicité una clase de muestra y quien nos atendió, Mariana Téllez, de manera renuente la programó. Después al querer inscribirlo ella nos cambió tanto los horarios como los costos por las clases. Si uno pide información y se la dan en persona lo que menos se espera es que de la nada cambien los costos, a fuerza quieran dar otros horario y todavía digan que "nos hacen un favor". Que pésimo servicio.
I asked for reports a few weeks ago to enroll my son in music classes and they gave me costs and schedules. I requested a sample class and our attendant, Mariana Téllez, reluctantly scheduled it. Later, when she wanted to enroll him, she changed both the schedules and the costs for the classes. If you ask for information and they give it to you in person, what you least expect is that costs will change out of nowhere, by force they want to give other hours and still say that "they are doing us a favor." What lousy service.
