K	Karen Aby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor opción para llevar tu tratamiento de ortodoncia, la instalación es económica eso sí y por eso la mayoría caemos en este lugar, peeeroooo. 1- Solo hay un especialista en ortodoncia, #drarturo los demás son pasantes o ayudantes o todo menos Ortodoncista, repito solo hay uno. 2- Nunca pero nunca respetan la cita q te dan, atienden conforme van llegando 3- Todo absolutamente todo te cobran aparte de tu cita, topes, liga rota, arco, limada de diente osea todoooo, lo cual a largo plazo hace que gastes mas que en otro lado donde tú "tratamiento" te lo incluyen tus mensualidades. 4- El #drarturo una persona de lo más poco empático sus contestaciónes de "si quieres, es el protocolo"??‍♀️ Les recomiendo ver otras opciones antes de llegar aqui. Yo por mi parte ya reviso otros lugares para continuar mi tratamiento. La instalaciónes increíbles y las medidas de Higiene y sana distancia perfectas. Si van por el precio pues tampoco lo recomiendo se pueden pagar hasta 17 mil pesos de las puras mensualidades de los brackets, sin contar otros servicios que pueden surgir durante el tratamiento. La señorita de la caja es nefasta parece que no sabe que el trato con el consumidor es lo más importante. Los dentistas tampoco me parece que sean amables. Si tienen oportunidad vayan a otra sucursal, si tienen paciencia y nos les impirta el trato que reciben, esta es la opción. Terrible attention from the reception staff.
