★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca pudieron hacer mi graduación correcta, me hicieron el estudio 3 veces, mandaron traer al especialista , se tardaron 2 meses en entregar y nunca quedaron. Fui a otro lugar a hacerlos de nuevo y pedí que los checaran y dicen que los hicieron con menor graduación de la que necesitaba y el corredor estaba chueco ???. Perdí dinero y tiempo
They could never do my correct graduation, they did the study 3 times, they sent for the specialist, it took 2 months to deliver and they never stayed. I went to another place to do them again and asked them to check them and they say that they were made with a lower graduation than I needed and the corridor was crooked ???. I wasted money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron examen de la vista un 04 de febrero para el día 26 de febrero por fin recibo unas segundas gafas debido a que el primer examen estuvo pésimamente realizado. Me entregan estas micas que supuestamente son policarbonato con gran grosor y peso. Características que no son propias del policarbonato. Pésima experiencia lamentable que te hagan perder el tiempo y dinero. Todavía me dijeron que tenía falta de ética por haber ido a consultar a otra óptica acerca de la calidad de los materiales.
I had an eye exam on February 4 and on February 26 I finally received a second pair of glasses because the first exam was poorly done. They give me these lenses that are supposed to be polycarbonate with great thickness and weight. Characteristics that are not typical of polycarbonate. Terrible unfortunate experience that makes you waste your time and money. They still told me that I was unethical for having gone to consult another optician about the quality of the materials.
