My Cancun Experience - 77400 Municipio de Isla Mujeres (Zona Continental)

Nothing was ready when I got here. It has potential but not not there yet.

This company ripped us off. They took our money for an zip line and ATV excursions, they took our money, never picked us up nor called to state they weren't coming, nor had any intentions of coming to get me and my two disappointed children. Do Not Do Business with this company EVER.

***Update 10-20-16*** Got contacted by my bank to let me know that the check that was sent by My Cancun Experience had insufficient funds and I have to pay $160.00 in fees for this. So, I went from getting a $250.00 refund, to $210.00, to possibly $75-$100, to now nothing and having to pay $160.00. So, at this point, I'm out $410.00. They're supposedly working on it, so hopefully they make something happen. Book a whale shark swimming excursion through My Cancun Experience and were not able to go due to weather conditions. They notified us that this may be the case and if it happened, we would be able to get the refund at the airport upon departure. Said it was open 24 hr/day, so it would be no problem. Guess what? We had an early flight (8 am)and this part of the airport was closed. After much battling back and forth on the phone and email with them, i finally got a response. They wanted my bank account information to transfer the money. I didn't think giving my information by email was a good idea and asked them to send a check. They argued back and said it was completely safe and they do it all the time. I still denied that option and requested a check. They said they would send a check, but the amount would be deducted by $40usd for mailing fees. Seems kind of high to me. Finally got the check and took it to my bank where they informed me it will be an additonal $75usd in fees for processing an international check and there may be additional fees. Also, it may take up to 6 weeks for the money to process, that is, what little amount i'm actually getting back. I wouldn't recommend booking through this company. Too many contradicting answers to questions and obvious flat out lies.

The service was slow and we were treated very poorly by the supervisor Jose Luis Cauich he continued to question us about everything we had already paid for. After we told him multiple times that it is his job to find out what is going on with our tour he got a horrible attitude to the point of mocking my family for demanding what we paid for...I almost forgot I was a customer. Will NEVER come back.

BOGUS SCAM. Don’t book with these people. They will lie and not turn up. They did this to me and my family today for Xcaret tour. Outlet at La Isla mall Cancun is shocking! Everyone will lie to give you a deal cheaper than most. Don’t fall for it. Wasted an entire day of my vacation chasing them.

Terrible. Oleo is a beautiful resort however due to all exclusive, ppl were drunk all day long. I left my partner behind and left bc he met another woman...pfft..better for me actually. He was an alcoholic and loser anyway.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! They hassle you once you get out of the airport for "cheaper" excursion deals. It is all a scam to steal your money and to sign up for more then what you have bargained for. They were suppose to refund me the amount that I paid once I left. They cancel the transaction so that it does not go through for you to get your refund and tell you that it will show up in your account in 5-7 business days. All the workers are cheaters. Do not trust this service or their members. I am currently getting my bank to look into them.
