Intente con muchas veterinarias para la atencion de mis gatos y ampliamente solo recomendaria este lugar. The doctor is very attentive and explains very well everything that your cat suffers and / or needs. The attention of all the staff is very good. I have tried many veterinarians for the care of my cats and I would only highly recommend this place.

Llevé a mi mascota con un dolor y problema serio de dientes y encías que sí identificaron correctamente, pero que no supieron tratar, o al menos yo no entiendo porque tomaron ciertas decisiones. Su estrategia era esperar días a que hiciera efecto el antibiótico y el antiséptico y para hacerle estudios antes de la cirugía, pero mi gata sentía mucho dolor. Al día siguiente de la consulta inicial, les comenté que mi gatita seguía muy alterada y que los analgésicos no le estaban haciendo efecto y su solución fue subirle la dosis y darle además uno más fuerte, pero de igual forma no funcionó. Al ver que seguía tan mal, decidí llevarla a otra clínica para una segunda opinión o para que me ayudaran con lo que fuera para calmar su dolor. La otra veterinaria revisó a mi gatita y dijo que la intervención se podía hacer ese mismo día, que cuando un gato lleva tal problema no es necesario dejarlo sufrir más tiempo, y ese mismo día la operaron con éxito y al siguiente ya estaba muchísimo mejor, sin dolor y tranquila. Por esto es que no puedo recomendar este servicio que se dice especializado en gatos, porque por experiencia propia no fue nada bueno y no resolvió su padecimiento. No soy para nada experta en el tema y no entiendo cuál fue la razón por la que hubo una diferencia en la manera de resolver el problema, pero lo que al final me importa es que mi gatita sufrió innecesariamente cuando ese mismo día se pudo haber solucionado. Uno confía en que los veterinarios velan por el bienestar y salud de nuestras mascotas, pero en esta ocasión considero que no fue una buena idea haber acudido a ellos por ayuda y más que una decepción fue una gran frustración y tristeza al ver a mi gatita sufrir tanto sin razón alguna. This is why I cannot recommend this service that is said to be specialized in cats, because from my own experience it was not good at all and it did not solve his condition. I am not at all an expert on the subject and I do not understand what was the reason why there was a difference in the way of solving the problem, but what in the end matters to me is that my kitten suffered unnecessarily when that same day it could have been solved . One trusts that veterinarians look after the well-being and health of our pets, but on this occasion I consider that it was not a good idea to have gone to them for help and more than a disappointment it was a great frustration and sadness to see my kitten suffer so much for no reason.
