★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Comida deliciosa. La nutriologa super paciente te explica de maravilla todo, puedes pedir asesoria por whatsapp y te solucionan tus dudas. Me encanta he hecho muchisimas dietas y ninguna tan facil de seguir, sin pretextos q no tienes tiempo de ir al super, sin pretextos de a q hora hago la comida, ademas como muy diferente cada dia y cosas que jamas se me hubieran ocurrido convinar.
