Antes de firma de contrato se realiza depósito para reservar departamento;
nos dieron 2 fechas para firma de contrato, (No se llevaba a cabo la firma por X o Y no tenían la documentación), que gracias al tiempo que nos hicieron esperar, se revisó a detalle el departamento, por ello decidimos no seguir con el proceso de compra.
Motivo por el cual se realiza la solicitud de la devolución por depósito de reservación, se entregaron los documentos que pidieron, se han marcado y esperado en las fechas que nos indicaron y al día de hoy no me han regresado el dinero.
La solicitud se hizo desde octubre-19, primero me dan fecha para el 09Dic que ya no, que ahora para el 13Dic y que siempre no, que ahora no saben para cuándo...
Entre su buena atención me indican que se va a tardar lo que se tenga que tardar!... Que servicio!!!
EL DEPARTAMENTO QUE SE QUERÍA COMPRAR ES EL PROYECTO SAN ANTONIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando quise comprar una propiedad con ellos no encontré opiniones y decidí confiar en ellos, di un apartado y comencé a pagar mensualidades para mi enganche, por que explique mi situación y ellos muy amablemente se adaptaban a mis necesidades el problema es que después de un tiempo de no recibir mi contrato, no recibir ningún comprobante de mis pagos , pedí la devolución de mi dinero después de muchas trabas encontré alguien amable que entendió que no habían sido clarísimo conmigo y que no era posible llevar a cabo un negocio en el cual las reglas no estaban claras, así que accedieron a regresar me mi dinero, desgraciadamente han pasado meses solo me dan largas y sigo esperando la devolución de mi dinero. Así es que si quieren una opinión se las daré no les recomiendo tener tratos con My Home por que personalmente me fue horrible. Y si puedo evitarle a alguien lo que a mi me esta pasando me dará gusto evitarles el mal rato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 25 de noviembre di el apartado para un departamento en la del valle, después de ver a detalle el mismo, me di cuenta de algunos vicios ocultos junto con los comentarios de un vecino que me comentó que hay detalles que la constructora no se está haciendo responsable. Preferí cancelar la compra y solicitar la devolución del apartado. el 29 de noviembre mandé la carta solicitando la devolución y a la fecha no me han enviado nada. la vendedora ya me tiene bloqueada de Whats app, ya no responde mis llamadas. NO RECOMIENDO QUE TENGAN TRATOS CON MY HOME
