My Huatulco Vacation - Sector P

Today is our last day at Villa Flory in Huatulco, and we leave with a bad taste in our mouth, we did not have water at night and for one day we had no water, this was a big inconvenience coming back from the beach with kids. The house is open and there is too many mosquitos even scorpions, very dangerous when you have little kids. The barbecue grill which is gas had no gas so we happened to buy charcoal and burned the plastic underneath and now we are being charged $235 for it. I highly recommend staying at a resort where none of this would of happened. Fernanda Andrade

One of our most amazing family vacations was in Huatulco . We stayed in a stunning My Huatulco Vacation villa with exceptional amenities and outstanding service. The scenery and the beach was beautiful. There were activities for every family member. Awesome snorkeling, great markets and a fabulous day out on the yacht. We loved it so much we have booked another vacation this March.

Just booked a return vacation to beautiful Huatulco! Last year, I stayed with friends at Villa Maya. Private pool, gorgeous views, perfect weather, absolute comfort and convenience. We had the time of our lives with the help of the amazing staff of My Huatulco Vacation. Adventure beyond our expectations! Off resort is a very special experience and I'm so excited to bring my husband this time! See you soon Huatulco!!!

As a result of our booking through My Huatulco Vacation, our hard earned vacation was completely ruined. When we communicated our concerns, the staff did nothing but send us excerpts from the rental agreement. They did not have any regard for our comfort whatsoever & were not at all willing to work with us to ensure that all parties were happy. We absolutely do not recommend booking with this agency.

I spent a week at Villa Vidu for a wedding. The bridal party stayed at Villa Escondido, so I was able to spend time at both locations. These places are both spectacular! Such luxury with incredible beach front access and infinity pools. Kerri made everything very straightforward -- planning accommodations for the entire wedding. She made it a seamless trip for everyone, planning taxi rides and helping the bride and groom choose local restaurants and yacht services. I was seriously blown away by the quality of her work as well as the rest of the staff, ensuring that the spaces were well kept up to the highest degree. 10/10 recommend using their services, and will be mentioning to my friends and family directly. I had never been to Huatulco before, but have been to Mexico on many occasions and plan to return again one day -- looking forward to it!

Spent a glorious week at Villa Eugenio in Huatulco! From my first call with Kerri to dealing with Gabriela -Guest services, Edy - concierge and the rest of the staff we were very impressed. All were quick to respond. Attention to detail is second to none. The villa was clean, exactly as pictures showed. Someone came to clean the pool daily which we appreciated. Our chef Daniel was so sweet. He kept us fed and we looked forward to every meal! The outdoor living was impressive with the most incredible views of the ocean. Can’t wait to go back! The only thing we would have liked would have been to be able to purchase Chef services of 2 meals a day instead of 3. Thanks so much for everything!
