★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lofts muy bien diseñados de semi lujo con cama queen y sofá cama para 1 adulto o 2 niños. Además cuenta cocineta y todos sus utensilios de cocina. No tiene estacionamiento pero hay muchos en los alrededores. Servicio y atención muy buenos. Royal Holiday no es dueño completo de los lofts pero cuenta con algunos para tu estadía como miembro.
 Very well designed semi luxury lofts with queen bed and sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. It also has a kitchenette and all its kitchen utensils. It does not have parking but there are many in the surroundings. Very good service and attention. Royal Holiday does not fully own the lofts but does have some for your stay as a member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentran en el centro histórico, muy cerca de muchas tiendas, el Senado y cámara de diputados de la cdmx, no tiene estaciomento, y existen muchos a su alrededor pero la mayoría cobra carísimo la estacian por días, son unos abusivos.
las recamaras pequeñas, sin clima, solo ventilador, cuenta con sala,cocina,utensilios de cocina, cafetera, una pantalla en la sala,baño,una recámara, elevador, pero el servicio de limpieza de la habitación es pésimo, en los 4 días de hospedaje solo un día hicieron limpieza y no ponen papel ni shampoo y jabon.
They are located in the historic center, very close to many stores, the Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the CDMX, it has no station, and there are many around it but most of them charge very expensively they park it for days, they are abusive.
The small bedrooms, without climate, only fan, has a living room, kitchen, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, a screen in the living room, bathroom, a bedroom, elevator, but the room cleaning service is dismal, in the 4 days of lodging only one day they did cleaning and do not put paper or shampoo and soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación donde me hospedé tenía una cama queen size y un sillón muy cómodos. La cocina cuenta con horno de microondas, horno eléctrico, frigobar, estufa eléctrica, fregadero para lavar platos, sartén, vasos, platos y cubiertos. El baño es muy pequeño pero estaba limpio. El único problema ahora que estuve fue el calor. No cuentan con aire acondicionado. Sin embargo mi anfitrión puso a mi disposición un ventilador pequeño. El lugar es muy céntrico y es seguro caminar por la calle hasta ciertas horas de la noche. También hay un vigilante las 24 hrs del día. Mi única molestia (soy un poco especial) es que la cabecera de la cama golpeaba la pared cada vez que me movía y el suelo rechina al caminar. Pero todo muy bien, volvería a pasar la noche aquí. El precio fue muy económico.
The room where I stayed had a queen size bed and a very comfortable armchair. The kitchen has a microwave oven, electric oven, refrigerator, electric stove, sink for washing dishes, frying pan, glasses, plates and cutlery. The bathroom is very small but it was clean. The only problem now that I was there was the heat. They do not have air conditioning. However, my host put a small fan at my disposal. The place is very central and it is safe to walk down the street until certain times of the night. There is also a security guard 24 hours a day. My only annoyance (I'm a bit special) is that the head of the bed hit the wall every time I moved and the floor creaks when walking. But all very well, I would spend the night here again. The price was very economical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un mal servicio, nadamas me dejaron agua, los 2 primeros dias de mi estancia y el ultimo ni toallas limpias me dejaron, y me di cuenta a las 10 de la noche que llegue y al otro dia salia ni vuelo a las 8am
La señorita que cuida me las consiguio, como a las 11.30pm
It was a bad service, they just left me water, the first 2 days of my stay and the last day they didn't even leave me clean towels, and I realized at 10 at night that I arrived and the next day I didn't even leave at 8am.
The lady who takes care of got them for me, around 11.30pm

No parking, the place does not have any logo or number, it has one that is guessing what building it is, it does not have air conditioning, it is knocking every time you arrive, I think I would not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one at facility spoke English so always had to use internet translations. There's free WiFi but only in your apartment not in the whole building made it extremely hard to communicate. Most local Uber and taxi drivers can't find it and there is no name on the building. Missed several connections due to these issues and since hotel concierges don't speak English they can't seem to help much. It is clean and felt safe once inside and is close to many downtown things as long as your mobile data is working out on the street. Don't stay here if you don't speak English. Very frustrated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice rooms! Albeit one of the two rooms was notably smaller than the other, they were still both comfortable and welcoming. The employees and managers were very nice, helpful and accommodating (not sure if they knew English though). Loved the location! Walking distance to many places! When you turn right from the hotel you can find the shopping strip, restaurants, and historical sites. To the left, you find more local sites, such as hole in the wall restaurants, delicious ice cream shops, and old small churches. Would stay here again.
NOTE!!: if you want/need to have your room cleaned daily you need to tell them!! Especially if you want your towels changed eveyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place a four stars primarily because of the difficulty to find and also there was a few short comings in our room. The safe did not work, the TV got no channels, very limit amount of electrical outlets. Very small but comfortable. This is a spot where you come to primarily sleep and shower because there is so much to see and it is in a very central area. If you plan on being out and about all day highly recommended.
