My soul home - 77760 Tulum

I’m staying here now and it is the most perfect apartment and site, the staff are accommodating and friendly and it’s in the best location.

LOVED MY STAY HERE! I was a solo traveler, had everything I needed, was a great place to relax and unwind. Hosts were fantastic - definitely recommend!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. When. We got to Tulum we rented bikes and left them locked, when we went out for dinner the guy that helped us with check in was with a group of 6-7 other guys next to the bike rack. Then later that night our bikes were stolen, they told us they didn’t know we had bikes but somehow out of all the people renting they contacted us first. Since it’s a hotel they have cameras everywhere and coincidentally the ONLY camera not working was the one pointed at the bikes, it’s also the camera to the main entrance so you’d assume it would work? The guy at the bike shop told us that it’s common for hotels to be gang affiliated and tip off their friends to screw tourist. We called and Juan and his boss (a female) said they would look into it and we never got a call back. It sucks to go on vacation to be ripped off and lied to. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT STAY HERE

We are staying in Alegria apartment for the next two weeks and the home is truly incredible. It is a shame someone left a 1 start review because our experience has been the opposite. The host is very prompt with answering any questions. I work in real estate in New York City - the design of this beautiful oasis is so special and unique. Our home offers two private outdoor spaces and is gorgeous from every angle of the apartment. We couldn’t be happier to have picked this home for our two week stay in La Veleta, a neighborhood just east of Tulum we have stayed many times. We are so grateful to be here and our experience so far has been perfect.
