Tienen información en sus redes y plataforma que no coinciden y en el servicio de atención igual todos confundidos. Mandamos mensaje y nos dijeron que la persona venía retrasada…. Después de más de una hora y media de espera pedimos nuestro reembolso porque nadie nunca se presentó. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, busquen mejor otras agencias.

Mis principales problemas fueron: la puntualidad, la disponibilidad (aunque tenía contratado un servicio recurrente que yo esperaba ya estaba contemplado en su planeación, me avisaban que no contaban con personal para atenderlo) y la atención (me avisaban de esta falta de disponibilidad un día antes por la tarde, menos de 24 horas, o a veces el mismo día después de que yo les contactaba diciendo que la asistente no había llegado).
