R	Ray Áe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve de emergencia a un gatito callejero que tenía atorado una lata en la cabeza, el pobre asfixiándose y lastimado… No me quisieron atender, porque no reciben emergencias, solo bajo cita y tenia que esperar hasta las 8pm si quería ser atendida, y el lugar vacío. Obviamente no iba a esperarme 3 horas y me fui. Falta más empatía por los animales porque la recepcionista cero amable ante la situación. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO SI TIENEN UNA EMERGENCIA. NO LLEVEN A SUS ANIMALES PORQUE NO SE LOS VAN ATENDER. I took a stray kitten to an emergency that had a can stuck on its head, the poor thing suffocated and hurt... They didn't want to attend to me, because they don't receive emergencies, only by appointment and I had to wait until 8pm if I wanted to be attended, and the place empty. Obviously he wasn't going to wait for me 3 hours and I left. There is a lack of empathy for the animals because the receptionist is unfriendly in the face of the situation. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT BE ATTENDED.

Tienen muy buen trato con los animales, te das cuenta por cómo reaccionan las mascotas después de haber tenido consulta con ellos. Salvaron la vida de mi gata. Tienen mucho tacto con los animales, mucho respeto por el paciente y los precios son razonables. Muchas felicidades, continúen con ese profesionalismo y respeto por los animales.
