★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disculpe la bici me ha dado muchos problemas.escasos meses de la compra, el mas reciente y el colmo es que el fin se dobló cuando quise dar una vuelta, le adjunto la foto.
Me dijeron que eran de aluminio y los rines son de acero y no es posible que se doblen de esa manera de la nada, me tiro de la bici y casi provoca un accidente mayor

estoy muy triste y decepcionada con la compra ya que yo queria apoyar una empresa mexicana y la bici solo me ha traido problemas.
Lo del rin ya es el colmo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La bici llego diferente de como explicaba el tutorial, la lleve a hacer el ajuste donde me indicaron que la pata estaba floja y no ajustaba bien por mucho que la apretaran, las llantas venian con falta de aire y una casi se sale del rin, donde van los cambios tuvieron que ponerle unas arandelas de relleno porque si no la llanta se desalineaba cosa que me paso a las 3 cuadras y se bloquio la llanta y la tuve que arrastrar, al dia siguente boto la pata rodando. Las llantas siguen botando el aire cada 2horas aprox. La mejor parte, la solucion es que pague el envio de regreso a ver si es que me hacen el reembolso despues de la evaluacion y yo me quedo sin bici, con el gasto de ajuste y de envio y aparte el tiempo perdido y la molestia.
The bike arrived different from how the tutorial explained, I took it to make the adjustment where they told me that the leg was loose and did not fit well no matter how much they tightened it, the tires came with a lack of air and one almost came off the rim, where the changes go they had to put some filler washers because if not the tire would misalign something that happened to me after 3 blocks and the tire got blocked and I had to drag it, the next day I dropped the leg rolling. The tires continue to leak air every 2 hours approx. The best part, the solution is that I pay the return shipping to see if they will refund me after the evaluation and I am left without a bike, with the cost of adjustment and shipping and apart from the lost time and inconvenience.
